Absolutely fantastic effort from everyone in the Applelec family who raised an amazing amount at our Macmillan coffee morning last week. We were all delighted when the powers-that- be said they would match our donations, to give us a grand total of £1,000, almost double what we raised at our last one!
Thank you also to the staff members who bravely shared their (or their loved ones) stories on our awareness board, to help educate each other on the types of symptoms to be aware of, in the hopes people will get symptoms checked sooner.
