Job Procedures
Stage 1 – Quotations:
We aim to have your quotes back the same day, should however you require a quote returning for a certain time then please ask to speak to one of our Sales Managers. In order to send us a quotation request through, simply call, e–mail, fax, or visit us with your project; our details can be found within the ‘Contact us’ area on this website.
Stage 2 – Order Confirmation:
- For standard ‘off the shelf’ component parts, production commences on fax back of our confirmation of order form, or from a purchase order from yourselves.
- If however your job involves artwork then our production team will either fax or e-mail your artwork back to you for final checking and signing off; without this signed off artwork the job will not commence. We do this to make sure we have the exact sizes, font, layout etc, you’ll be amazed how many times a wrong file will be attached to an order, or the artwork received is incorrect; this process eliminates simple, but costly errors.
Stage 3 – Delivery:
On completion, the product is packaged and distributed to the customer’s desired location. This can be done in numerous ways:
- We use a nationwide service called APC for our next day or timed deliveries in the UK, for European destinations we use DHL.
- If however the sign is not suitable for a carrier service then we would deliver the sign in our own van, a price would be given by our Production team at the order confirmation stage.
- If you’d like to collect your sign, or you have an account with your own carrier service and you’d like to send them in to us, that is fine too.
