Bradford, West Yorkshire Applelec Sign Components announced today that Guy Young has joined the company as Permlight’s UK LED Sales Manager. Young’s role will be two fold to support existing Permlight LED users within the UK, as well as expose the extensive product range to prospective ones.
Applelec’s Sales Director Ian Drinkwater commented, “Guy brings with him more than 10 years experience in the signage and lighting industry he fully understands the market and its special compliance issues, he’s a hands on bloke with a proven track record in helping his customers get the very best out of their lighting projects it’s a pleasure to have him on board”.
Prior to his move to Applelec, Young worked for Sign Gear Systems Ltd as their LED Sales Manager where he was responsible for selling the Tridonic Atco LED. He was also influential in supporting his customers by introducing marketing initiatives, and offering project support at the design stage.
